Addicted to feces? By that statement I take it you're implying that only Democrats have any concern about the welfare of Blacks in NO? Are you equating Blacks to feces? Your lack of concern is sickening. You're implying also that the current effort in NO is excessive and that they should let them die and rot there. You and your attitude is heinous and dispicable.
