Why ask her? Ask Amtrak where they could take the refugees. They've offered. amtrak.com Click on the map & zoom in to NO. Seems like LOTS of cities are served by Amtrak. It'd be an easy way to spread the pain of absorbing refugees to more distant cities, like Chicago, that have offered to help. Not only that, Amtrak covers the whole affected region, not just NO. If it can freely move, it could be a great asset right now.
