WSJ Spanks PRST Again Pg C1 today.
"Speculative Fever? Yesterday's Hotshot May Leave Investors in the Cold --- Again"
"Speculative froth...seems to be on the rise again"
It notes the wild P/Es for the wildest:
Presstek 136x
Zoltek 83x
Accustaff 45x
Iomega 45x

Ooooo. What if PRst sold at the ridiculously high multiple of a real company like Iomega? Whack off two thirds of your value. What if PRst doesn't perform (earnings-wise) as well as Iomega? Whack some more.

The stocks are called, "highfliers that crashed and relifted."
"All the ones that are being promoted as 'tomorrow stocks' are in the limelight...this time as well, things could end badly..."
"Just as in 1995 and 1996, many of these stocks are being hyped in internet chat groups or by brokers, who tell individual clients they have nowhere to go but up...gambling mentality..."
Any of this sound familiar to you internet, chat line hy-p/e sters?
Remember, Iomega's growing as fast as PRst but with ONE THIRD the multiple and they call it a speculative hotshot. Watch out below.
(Not today, of course. They'll take it down in the AM and by the end of the day, the riggers will have it up on the day. IMHO.)

Deja Vu? May 1996.
