Eeek's Guide To The Bible

FIFTEEN

Consider The Poor If You Want To Be "Blessed"--And To Avoid The Will Of Your "Enemies".

Atheists like to point (at all the genocide and transparent tribal superstition)--as reflective of the word of God! But they often ignore nice things that were said in contradiction to that primitive an ancient cruelty (I say those words jestingly, as being the sort of diatribe these atheists would indulge). HA!

PSALM 41

41:1 Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the LORD will deliver him in time of trouble.

41:2 The LORD will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies.

Some nice talk about considering the poor and the sick and the afflicted. The rationale is self-serving. But still...it is progress, not perfection.

The bible is not ALL about rape, murder, human sacrifice, and sexual deviancy. Psalm 41 (at least a small part of it) proves differently.

Bless Jesus! The atheist is refuted once again!
