According to a post on AOL, earnings should come out tomorrow. My expectation is that they won't be that great because of the production costs of the boats with the new engines. However, over the next two years, they may do quite well as they start to 'ship' these higher margin items.

As I mentioned on AOL ...
There's a pretty good article in the Sept issue of Boating magazine talking about the new Buzzi 'G-Drives' now available on the Fountains. Article looks quite favorable overall.

The cost of a new Fountain47 Lightning with the new Buzzi drives is a mere $474,581 as opposed the $414,581 for the old Bravo drives. If the author of the article is right about the advantages of the new drives, they are likely to become popular with the racing community.

On page 35, it also mentions that U.S. customs bought a 47' Fountain for chasing down drug smugglers in the Carribean. Looks to be another market besides racing. Will drug smugglers will be upgrading to the new Buzzi engines soon. ;-)
