did you see the film clip this morning of the frustration on one rescue man's face. he was really upset. he is standing in a boat talking to this woman , requesting her to leave her house. She is refusing after being there a week to leave. he says they still do not believe the water will still be here. they think it is going away. He keeps telling her the situation, the water will not go down, you are standing in filth, you must come with us now. Ends up with him leaving her. How many more would have stayed in their homes and wouldn't leave even if thousands of buses were available before the storm hit?
