Steve, I would like to tell you about Dkroupa post on Yahoo ENER post 1495224 about solar roofs. A communications blimp from air force or tel globe would be great to have now for emergency's. The wireless cellaret phone system could be floated over a destroyed city in a day and you could have phone service. These solar powered blimps can also have other uses in non emergency. Some examples, security,communications,military intelligence,private and public internet ,Traffic control ect. The technology seems to be here they just have to put it together and test it. It seems to be going so slow. I wonder how long it will take the government has to write laws and regulation's for their use. In case of bad weather run them out of area and come back when storm passes through. Saving rebuilding costs. The blimps haven't proven what they can do yet but are soon to be tested.
