I sick of the whining. I have been through several Hurricanes when I lived in FLA. I've had all my furniture washed out of the house and into my pool. But we always had 10 DAYS WORTH OF SUPPLIES!!!! with us when we evacuated. I had another 10 days worth up in my attic strapped down to the ceiling joists so when we returned and if the house was still there we had more food and water. Even if the roof ripped off there was a good chance the stuff would still be there in the wood boxes I built and epoxyed.

I'm sorry but people who live in these areas have got to stop thinking in the now and think about their own future.
