The shares are probably not liquid enough for Russian mobsters and Columbian drug kingpins. :)

Yeah, but perhaps they are parking $1 million of drug money in the actual IPO, and then waiting for the distribution of "clean" money 18 months later?

Gotta make up something while waiting for the paint to dry....
