Affymetrix just filed SEC S8 to issue another 1.5M shares valued at $50M.
I reviewed it quickly and it looks like this is an extension to their employee stock incentive (option) plan.

With the recent run-ups an no major news or announcements, what does anyone consider a good re-entry point. I'd like to accumulate, but don't want to over do it.
