I evacuated New Orleans shortly before the storm hit & a 
    local broadcaster, Norman Robinson asked Nagin angrily 
    what would be done to move the poor and elderly from the 
    city. Robinson asked if the RTA buses could be used. 
    Nagin said that this would be considered, but of course, 
    nothing was done.
