pick up anybody Pick up which "anybody." All the anybodies are sheltering in place. Do you take a bullhorn on the bus as you drive through the neighborhood like an ice cream truck? Then people won't be ready to go. Do you go on TV and tell people that it's likely to be a disaster? Then people will be fighting for spots on the busses? If you're advertizing something for which the demand could exceed the availability, you've got a problem. Ask any store offering a loss leader on Labor Day. I don't think it's so simple. You'd have to have police protection for the busses and some priority scheme for who gets to get on.
