There is a lot of raw emotion flying around right now. I think Katrina has touched everyone. Some people are able to take positive action. Others are simply shooting at everything that moves, figuratively speaking. Others like, I hope, myself, are just trying to avoid making it worse. None of this is a new aspect of human behavior, as your quote from Shakespeare so beautifully illustrated.
