The only thing I know for sure is that they have not filed their June 30 10-q yet. I think that it is the end of the fiscal year for them, and if so it will be part of the 10-k. They have 90 days to do that. My major concern is whether they have issued more convertible debt just to stay afloat. Hopefully we will hear something in the next few weeks.

Now that I think about it the last info was of the good news/bad news type. The sale of infopak will add needed cash for the short term but it seemed to be about the only revenue producer they had.
