John: You're right, it may be time to take a speculative leap. Your time horizon, from the nature of this news being about joint partnerships to develope the carbon based technology, implies upwards of 3 years before a commercially viable product is produced. However, this Korean news, combined with the Japanese news, has my gut churning with, "there's something big time going on here!" After all, both nationalities are known for their ability to peruse the patent data banks, and since both have been heavily involved in developing flat-panel displays, the fact that they're linking up with SIDT implies SIDT's got something they've gotta have! I think I'll have to do some followup research on the carbon developments referenced in the Yahoo Daewoo news(say that 3 times reaaal fast). If I recall from earlier discussions on SIDT there were arguments about SIDT's ability to properly seal the space between 2 layers of glass on the panel. Regards! John~
