This disaster was predictable days before it occurred - EVERYTHING! The flooding, the breeched levies, the stranded people, the lack of food and water, and the looting. The way our government responded, from the city level right up to the president, is disgraceful. I think that the head of FEMA should not only be replaced immediately, but should be prosecuted for criminal negligence in the deaths of all the people that died while he sat behind his desk waxing his carrot.
