Big thumbs up to "Fionn MacCool’s Irish Pub". As Han Solo would say (whilst watching the Laser Disc version of EpV), "yes, that will do nicely". Prices are reasonable and also a nice selection of food - for any digestive tract. As long as I am not shot for being a terrorist after ordering the Belfast Burger. LOL! 2ND Choice - Been to the Armadillo Texas Grill - not bad. Prices are reasonable; geared slightly toward Mexican fare; but their menu is full with plenty of items. Don't see a problem with that one. Can actually order a nachos with meat!!!! HotHouseCafe looks like something I would go to if I lost all my money in an exploration gold play.. Either place (MacCool/Armadillo) fine for me. Pass on the rest. And pass on the swill and soup-in-a-bowl at Tim Hortons. Contrary to popular belief.. (or as Archie would say "Misconscrewed") I am not one whose primary goal is to go there and order beer after beer. My booze price comment was merely if you want to order a beer, then it is cheaper to get one at a pup than say a regular restaurant. Tis all. I am driving so I won't be hitting the sauce too much anyways. My goal was to keep the prices down to a reasonable amount. I could walk in have a beer and a burger at either place above and be happy. Yet others can order a larger meal and likewise be pleased. Plus the above aren't geared to any single menu type "Greek/Italian". Attending: Un. Most likely on me own. B
