That will certainly make "..crumb rubber.." more valuable worldwide. The next not-so-good News will be the rise in the price of plastics. Perhaps people will learn to "..build their houses on the rock..", and hopefully higher up on the hill, also..... Mother Nature loves to make fools out of boobs - and the Corps of Engineers..!!!
