1. The MESFET side's response seems to boil down to arguing that due to the lack of high volume production, HBT devices have not been able to fully utilize their theoretical advantages. Long term, don't HBT devices look highly attractive?

2. Give it to me straight, which GaAs companies are you betting on to win in this long term? In other words, where have you parked your dollars?

From the superficial research I have done, VTSS looks the safest in terms of competitive positioning (but high valuation). Based on your article, RFMD looks like an exciting play on HBT devices. What do you think?
