My neighbor just paid 799K zero down/interest only for a 2300 sq foot house in the neighborhood for their 18 year old son and his 2 year old son. I am aghast at their purchasing power, not to mention their faith in the market...I think that's the highest price paid to date for any house in my 'hood which leaves me feeling sooo wealthy.( the largest homes run 2600 sq feet).
