My neighbor just paid 799K zero down/interest only for a 2300 sq foot house in the neighborhood for their 18 year old son and his 2 year old son. I am aghast at their purchasing power, not to mention their faith in the market... never mind that shit, here comes mongo... -g and mongo is.... an 18 year old w/a 2 year old ? excuuuuse me ? babies having babies ? oh my dog.....
