The Red Cross is good at its own self-promotion

but I still remember they used only $154 million of over $500 million donated specifically for 9-11 for 9-11 related purposes.

The rest they put into their general fund.

Red Cross head Bernadine Healy (formerly head of NIH) was` forced out when she objected.
