BTW, this guy is a black guy who has lived there for a long time. He wants to buy a place there, but the rising prices are making it harder for him. Who is this guy? I mean, did you also meet Ted's acquaintance? Buying into a nice neighborhood in Italy or even San Diego is a lot cheaper than moving into lower Harlem these days, believe me. Also a lot safer and more attractive in most ways I could think of. Taro
