<My question, that continues to be unanswered on this board, is "What could have reasonably been done differently?"> Everything that was done at the Federal level, could have been done three days sooner. Bush could have flown to New Orleans and rallied support right after the storm passed, instead of flying to a fund-raiser in San Diego and playing guitar. HE knew he had a horse lawyer running FEMA! etc. etc. It's called "leadership".
