A friend of mine has a 5 acre truck farm he tends in his retirement. Does the farmer's market thing. He raised the heritage tomatoes this year and they are meaty and full of good taste. He can't sell them, not perfect shapes. One day at the market he had 3 dozen of his great tomatoes plus 5 he bought from the store. He sold the 5 from the store and that was it. He also lost all his sweetcorn to the drought. Heritage again.
