Every one of us foresaw the flooding of New Orleans before the storm hit. It was all over the airwaves. It was expected. It was a surprise at first when the city did not flood. But then the levees broke. Why did they break? Could have something to do with Bush and Delay cutting funding to maintain and levees and the pumps. Where did the money go instead? Iraq. Along with the Guard and heavy equipment needed.

It's very cut and dry. Indirectly at least, Iraq cost us New Orleans. It drums in the fact that Iraq is a collosal mistake.
