I've done with the slumlord, mobile home and low end rental biz. Shit we used to get payback of purchase price in 2-3 years before the bubble in Florida. I am pointing a few people to condos in Houston at under $20 psf who are just looking for nice cash on cash without leverage. The reality is going to be a lot different for those taking in 'refugees' with open arms than is being portrayed on the boob tube.
