"I do not believe discussions of ideas should be shaped for the delicate" People are not robots. People have feelings. How do you decide what sort of people or feelings to ban when they collide with your prejudice?? I know you do not want to pull your punches for "the delicate". But you disagree with insults or "jokes". It seems to me that someone concerned with insults would also be concerned with "the delicate". Otherwise...what is the root of your "concern"??
