Have you any idea how many times this man's tragedy played out over the last week? Thousands.

It seems there are a group of people who EXPECT that whatever tragedy befalls them the federal government can or should bail them out.

Newsflash: Our government simply cannot guarantee that everyone will live through a natural disaster. Particularly when huge numbers of people are not evacuated even after the federal government insists that everyone should be. Some of them are, unfortunately, just too damned big.
