Back to my NXCD days - I traded it a bunch in and aorund the pennies 1c thru 5c and then it went dormat - I bought 50k at 3 cents a few months ago and its now NXCDQ - thoughts are that a settlment with the accountaants may come down. traded 240k today most at the ask of 4.1c
