I didn't start the partisan attacks. They've been going on for some time. There's quite enough blame to go around for both parties. FEMA, as BenWobbles mentioned earlier, never has been anyway good and should probably be eliminated. The Army seems much more effective. FEMA had previously failed us here in CA in 2 previous large quakes. And the mayor of NO and guv of LA, Dems, both failed miserably in their jobs and should be removed and charged.
