does KB homes build the same garbage as Kaufman and Broad? Those were one step up from manufactured homes if I recall. 2 builders I used to like (and I am not a builder, so I don't know if I am falling for the paint job or not) were Shappell homes in N Calif and David Weekly homes in Austin.
