"What you are doing Buddy is denying what is fact." What 'fact'???? "The death tax discriminates against the productive members of society." Less so then ANY tax on wages, or on income... or even taxes on 'wealth', I think. At estate transfer time, the 'productive members of society' are now FORMER productive members... having departed for the great beyond. Whereas people WORKING for a living are STILL 'productive members of society', as you put it.
