Thanks for the information Stang. I am glad that you still occasionally check on us here. The oldtimers appreciate all that you have done to help us stay abreast of the developments that are not reported by Pyng. I agree with mf160 I would have thought that this "warning letter" would have required disclosure in the June 05 Q3 statements. There could be another "warning" coming from the Securities Commission regarding neglecting to make a required disclosure of a significant event.

But your development will not be appreciated by the new comers to the forum as this is not positive news. Although since you provided the link to the actual letter they can not say this is negative rumor mongering like they did with LOR military sales report. I don't expect that Jacobs will respond as he has not posted on the forum since April 05. Since he bragged about the April monthly profit of then $137K then delivered only $140K for the quarter he has been pretty silent. I hope that this letter has not had an adverse effect on the military's willingness to order FAST1s to fill the Pyng reported tremendous need created by its inclusion in the TC(cubed) manual.

Thanks again.
Best Regards
Jack
