Ted, Did you also think the improvements to the levees was unnecessary? Until Katrina hit, I didn't even know New Orleans was six feet below sea level, much less consider the possibility of a Cat5 hurricane coming to the city. All I know is that the muck water is in New Orleans now. Pump it out. Let's worry about the environment and the second-guessing later. Tenchusatsu
