William:

So, would it be probable that Barry Kaplan is trying to sell his
customers MDIN stock that is already in the float? I think not. It seems much more likely that the stock that is placed will be restricted stock from the treasury of NPEC, the coffers of existing shareholders and even new issues of MDIN. The sales may in fact increase the total number of shares outstanding.

This is not the case at all. I spoke with Dave this morning and asked specifically if that was happening. He said no. That Barry Kaplan's clients would be buying MDIN on the open market. It' my understanding that Barry Kaplan and his clients are still doing there DD, etc. Things should begin in earnest on Monday, I'm told.

I told him I was thinking of selling some of my MDIN to buy NPEC because NPEC was so cheap and I've got a good chunk of MDIN. He told me to do what I want but thought that would be a crazy move himself. "Money Medinah" as he said should move before NPEC.

NPEC holders will be happy with the MDIN's move since as MDIN moves up, the value of NPEC increases. Again I think it will lag behind MDIN as Kaplan is not promoting NPEC. Once people that own MDIN realize that our little NPEC has 14.4MM shares of it, and they see its price, I'm sure they'll buy it too.

As for me, I've got plenty of both so I'll be happy even if I'm wrong and NPEC goes up first.

Regards,

KMT
