Maybe Souter is in NH trying to protect his own property from the lawsuit that wants to take his.... I heard he was in NH, and can't imagine that airplanes don't work from there to DC... Justice Kennedy is in China, not Europe. NH isn't very far away. Has to be something serious to have Souter not there....
