Ok so that's three out of four dollars of the seven hundred and fifty million federal emergency and terrorism preparedness dollars Louisiana and New Orleans has received over the past four years. Hmmm wonder where the other one hundred fifty seven million dollars have gone?
One would hope some of the funding for terrorism disaster response would over lap with natural disaster response needs.
Oh but silly me, what am I think'en.
