| All I can say LOR is that you are a fear monger and obviously have never worked in manufacturing where you have ISO, FM, CSC, UL or FDA approval agencies to deal with. Letters like this go out all the time in between audit periods. In case you dont know all of these organizations charge a lot of money and they make it their business to come down on the little guy companies, welcome to the real world, this is just the usual, they will get another letter next year I am sure, big deal, it was dealt with and there is no harm or foul, so lighten up and get off feeling sorry for yourself because they didn't bring this letter to your personal attention. This is hardly a disaster, its day to day operational issues that need to be dealt with, like for instance the tail lights on your car blow, that would be a safety issue wouldn't it, so what do you do about it, you get it fixed right before you get a ticket form the police and you may get pulled over and given a warning right, thats what this letter is so take it easy, dont have a heart attack and a hissy fit just because you are afraid that the world is bigger than you and things happen without your involvement.
