I just bought every share I could and came over here to post that its a screaming buy at 37.5

Do this - go look at the daily chart for the last 3 months and tell me you can say that the October 45 calls are worthless. This is a marginably patternable stock. Look at the 11 and 22 day cycles. Look at the range. The Compuserve/AOL/etc deal is very good for ASND. Hang in there.
