I live in Fla. have all my life. Thus, we are better educated on Hurricanes as a rule then the average American living out of state, now if you would just go to a weather service site and review their records for the last 100 years or more (since kept) boy are you gonna be in for a surprise. Hurricanes, for some yet unknown reason, come in cycles. You go decades with a brief season then KABOOM rough seasons begin and they often last couple of decades. Dont believe me, go look for yourself. this has been going on since records were first kept. Thats why NOW our home insurance has taken a big leap, they expect this cycle to last at least a decade, probably two. jdn
