Transparency is a characteristic of quality management. Again, we need to monitor the appointment of the new CEO. Will it represent a change in management style of the same old same old... I am watching for a FOM. I have no ill will for Michael. Some pity, yes. I hope he enjoys his retirement, it can be a great time of life. :-):-) I know!! Best regards to all. Ed
