I just listened to the interview and here is a little summary. Ray Prescott said its the companys goal within the next five years is to obtain 1000 Dealerships and 1 million subscribers. He feels if this is achieve then they will become a excellent potential attractive takeover target and would not rule out being bought out. He believes in the next few years there will be major consolidation within the industry and should offer some great shareholder value. He also said next week there should be some news on there North American Rollout Strategy and also they should have some Infinity agreements in place.
