Why do I have trouble accepting deflation? My cleaning lady raised her rates this week citing a "fuel surcharge". And my (Sob!) wine maker store has raised his prices because of, you guessed it, shipping costs. And candy bars just jumped another dime. And these are deflationary because... ??? CD
