Re Crude Oil. Many Oil stocks are at or near yearly highs (TSO, CHF, VLO) despite the crude oil tumble. This is the reverse of pre Katrina when stocks refused to follow crude strength. In the case of refiners, investors are realizing that refining margins are about triple compared to a year ago. As for Crude, IEA and US Strategic reserve has helped
ofcourse, but there is a lack of conviction that we are anywhere near returning to normalcy.
