A horse lawyer who sends memos ain't the answer. One has to have the IQ of a SQUID to make a HORSE lawyer the FEMA chief. Were it not so tragic, it would have been riotously funny to be seeing this group of clowns in action (Tenet, Franks, Bremer, Brown... -- the first three have already got awards from chief CHICKENHAWK Dumbya; maybe Brownie will get one too?!)
