Right now VTEH dosen't plan on going after U.S citizen untill the laws favor them .Art has been working on that.He was just in D.C. last week with other supporters trying to drum up support.They believe there is a huge market in Europe and Asia and the middle East.Look for the financinng to come out of Europe.They plan on working out of Cypress.
