"What you are doing Buddy is denying what is fact." What 'fact'???? "The death tax discriminates against the productive members of society." Less so then ANY tax on wages, or on income... or even taxes on 'wealth', I think. So if I taxed your wages twice it would be ok? The immoral Death Tax is assessed on that which has already been taxed. A person cannot legally accumulate wealth without paying income taxes of some kind on wealth accumulation. There are loopholes which should be closed. The vast majority of the estates consist mostly of assets which have been previously taxed. America could use the extra 180,000 to 250,000 jobs per year that the death tax is robbing us of.
