Listen up, to these facts. Bush Sr's "malaise" days had come to an end before he lost to Clinton, and the tiny "malaise" was a blip in a boom which lasted by and large FROM Reagans time almost through Clintons time. It might be logical to assume that something Reagan did caused the great boom, but failing that, it's clear that Clinton didn't kick it off in the 80's, which means something even closer to the truth is true (lol), i.e even Economists can't quantify why it happened. I'm not blaming Clinton for the NASDAQ which fell 72%+ during his last year in office, and I'm not about to agree that Clinton revived our Economy either.

It ain't magic, it's Economics.

P.S. Raising taxes on the rich out not be a goal of government, certainly not in the USA today when the top 50% of taxpayers already and still, pay as much as 96% of income taxes.
