Bush runs FEMA like his private domestic army run by his cronies.

So interesting to note that when Bush was worried about winning Florida in 2004 and hurricanes hit, FEMA was excellent and right there with everything (and more) people needed.

What a difference it not being election season makes.

Proof Bush cares only about himself.
